The Competition
Illustrate Paper Bird
This Love Your Bookshop Day, we’re inviting you to illustrate Paper Bird. Show us what you love about our bookshop in an artwork!
There are two categories: Young Illustrators (ages 0 – 17) and Adult Illustrators (ages 18+). The winner of each category will receive a $250 Paper Bird Gift Voucher. Entries will be judged on creativity, so every illustration is in with a chance.
Your illustration could end up on limited edition Paper Bird merchandise or a special book stamp.
Any flat illustration formats (for example, embroidery, drawings, paintings or collage) are welcome.
To enter, simply bring your illustration into Paper Bird or email a high-resolution scan to hello@paperbird.com.au. Entries close Friday 11 October 2024 at 5 PM.
Terms and conditions
- Winning Entrants grant Paper Bird an exclusive license for the use and distribution of their artwork, including but not limited to the reproduction of the artwork on merchandise and across social media. This will be compensated by a $250 Paper Bird Gift Voucher. The Artist will be credited where the use of their artwork appears. Paper Bird will retain the original copy of the artwork, unless arranged otherwise.
- Entrants are responsible for collecting their artwork from Paper Bird after the conclusion of the competition and judging.
- All Entrants grant Paper Bird the license to reproduce their artwork on social media.
